Services Provided
We offer career counseling, psychometric testing, career mentoring, research project support, and guidance for overseas education.
Confidentiality
All personal information and test results will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing counseling and guidance.
Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the counseling process.
Appointment Scheduling
Counseling sessions are by appointment only. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Payment Terms
Fees for services must be paid in advance. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available once a service has been provided.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best guidance, Gargi Knowledge Solutions is not responsible for any decisions made based on our counseling. The final decision rests with the client.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Gargi Knowledge Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Ms Neha Agarwal has held faculty positions at various universities such as Osmania University, BR Ambedkar Open University, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar and University of Petroleum and Energy studies, Dehradun. She has also coordinated the UPSC (civil services) training at UPES. Ms. Agarwal is an academician who has extensive teaching and research experience. She has always guided and mentored students to visualize and execute their higher education and career plans. Her vibrant nature and goal oriented approach has been instrumental in her ability to provide able guidance to students and youth, confused about their career choices and career paths.
Dr. Swati Agarwal completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology from SNDT University, Mumbai and is proficient in psychometric assessments and interventions for mental health problems in children and adults. She is an assistant professor at the Dept. of Psychology, St. Francis College for Women and has conducted numerous studies on learning styles, psychosocial problems and wellbeing in adolescents which have been published in international and national journals. She has undertaken numerous initiatives encouraging higher education and career advancement for students. She has always encouraged students to realize their potential by challenging them to overcome their limitations while providing constant support and motivation.
Tina Fernandes, with over 35 years expereince in the field of Psychology and Education has retired recently as the Head of the Psychology Department in St. Francis Degree and P.G. College. She has taught, capacitated and upskilled a wide audience ranging from young children to young adolescents to adults. She has written and edited numerous research articles and books. Tina has through the span of her career been a trainer of trainers, a motivational speaker, a lecturer, an administrator, a counsellor and a life coach. She has mentored and guided countless batches of students whose research is contributing to shaping and influencing policy and implementation in the field of Social Science
Dr. Nandini Sanyal has over 10 years of teaching and research experience in the field of applied psychology and is presently post-graduate coordinator in the Dept. of Psychology, St. Francis College for Women. She has received several awards for her exceptional research work in the areas of positive, educational, health and organizational psychology. Nandini has completed with distinction numerous teacher training courses. In addition to this, Nandini has enabled several students to pursue their doctoral degrees at international universities. She has organized numerous workshops and guest lectures in psychology, and has voluntarily contributed as a psychometrician and trainer in renowned institutions.
Ms. Korgaonkar has completed her masters in psychology from SNDT University, mumbai with a specialisation in counselling psychology. She has successfully completed numerous psychological courses on art therapy, clinical music therapy, learning disabilities, counselling skills, etc. which all aid her in the counselling practice with adolescents and young adults. She has worked in many well established institutions as a counselor and continues to provide counselling services in the area of guidance and counselling, marriage and family issues, geriatric issues, etc.
Aditi also has keen interest in research where she can explore the multiple facets of an individual 's personality particularly of young adults. Her research interests are in the area of altruism, prosocial behaviour, power distance and personality psychology. And she has presented and published papers in these areas nationally and internationally. Her doctoral reaaerch is an in depth exploration of altruistic personality and pro social behaviour in young adults.
